Do you get the same problem even when you specify -monochrome or -grayscale? Yes; it behaves exactly the same. It appears to ignore these options, and tries to grab the same colors. I wonder what's wrong here? Is there something that might be in some config file somewhere saying to use a colormap even if the user specifies -monochrome or -grayscale? - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
