Perl Help

Ok you Perl Guru's I built 5.004 for i586.  Why am I getting this
message when I start Apache???

[Mon Sep 20 15:08:09 1999] Perl lib version (5.00404) doesn't match
executable version (5.00404) at
/usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux/5.00404/Config.pm line 7.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/Apache.pm
line 4.

Can't load Perl module `Apache', exiting...
