Video Card / Monitor Recommendations

Greetings!  This is my first post to the list, but hope to be an active
participant...

I've been building a linux pc over the past two weeks and am currently in
the market for a solid video card and a 19" monitor - any recommendations?

This will be on a P1-133 system w/ 128MB of RAM - the card will have to be a
PCI bus as I do not have AGP with this motherboard..  I'm really looking for
a solid/higher end 3d videocard now - and grab a monitor down the road a bit
:)
