SCSI install problem

My reading of the "knowledge base" at the Adaptec web site is that the
aic7xxx.o driver should be used.  

Next, get the loadable module documentation out....

There ought to be HOWTO's in the /usr/doc/HOWTO directory, and there's the
Linux documentation project web site:
