These folks aren't the brightest on the planet, their restocking fee is rediculous (15%), and the stuff they sell isn't very high quality. I bought a SCSI drive from them sometime back, seemed like a good buy. It was some sort of brick fashioned into something like a drive that would fit into no known enclosure. I even called to ask what sort of mounting kit I should use... their answer? They didn't know, they had no idea how to mount the thing either. Couldn't even tell me where it came from. It had no manuals, and the jumpers had even been removed from the switches!! Now I use it to hold manuals down in my workshop. -- Niall > -----Original Message----- > From: Pete Loshin [mailto:pete at loshin.com] > Sent: Wednesday, December 22, 1999 4:13 PM > To: discuss at Blu.Org > Subject: Re: OpenBSD questions: (1) memory; (2) Mitsumi CD-ROMs > > > At 03:37 PM 12/22/99 -0500, Seth Gordon wrote: > >> 1MB SIMM FPM w/parity 5.75 > >> 1MB SIMM FPM w/o parity 5.00 > >> 4MB SIMM FPM w/parity 16.75 > >> 4MB SIMM FPM w/o parity 14.50 > >> 16MB SIMM w/parity 28.75 > >> 16 MB SIMM w/o parity 27.50 > > Try Computer Geeks: > > http://www.compgeeks.com/cgi-bin/details.asp?cat=OtherStuff&sk > u=205-3030 > > 1mb 30-Pin 1X9 SIMM Module @ $1.95 > > Plus shipping.
