You might be thinking of Robert Ziegler's work. It used to be at http://rlz.ne.mediaone.net but now it is at http://www.linux-firewall-tools.com/ and it works with either ipchains or ipfwadm. I don't agree 100% with the output, but it's a good start. - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
