Bell Atl. DSL....

One doubt.
Their website says they will soon be moving all (home?) connections to
dynamic IP's. In that case, can a user stay connected with same IP
address (over DHCP?) ? Do the ISPs have any policy of auto-disconnecting
if line inactive and we have to do some ping or so with a cron job to fool
them.... ?
