FYI; Since almost all my systems now have on board SCSI of one sort or another (mostly UW at this point), I would like to sell some of my unneeded PCI adapter cards. I have a standard PC version of the 2940UW and will include a multiunit UW or Narrow connector cable with it. Going price is $125. I also have a PowerDomain 2940UW for the Macintosh that I will sell for $200, again with the connector cable included. I also have the control panel/drivers for that somewhere but they should also be on the Adaptec website. These things definitely speed up the data transfer rates well over that of cheap SCSI adapters or the onboard IDE and narrow SCSI systems. I can bring these to the next meeting if so desired. See you there. - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
