Hello, Well I orginally meant non x86, but you mentioned Cyrix. I tried Linux on a Cyrix based system once, It was the only system that didn't run right. Have you had good luck with Linux on your cyrix based machine? If your looking for a non x86 based Laptop Tadpole made a sparc 2 and a sparc 5 based laptop, they run warm, but its not an intel.
