Just an FYI... I have posted the latest updates to last nights presentation.
Changes include a couple of typo corrections, and most importantly the
source for the final example.  I still plan to continue evolving the document
with a chapter on SSL and better examples of PHP.  Cheers...

Notes are available in DVI format and in HTML.  Is there any preference on
PDF vs. PS vs. DVI?
