A spy in the house of Linux

I hardly think that waiting for a return email or on hold on the phone
with Microsoft Tech Support is the same thing as an abundant,
well-organized collection of documentation, FAQ's, mailing lists, and
other resources. ;-) Actually, I suppose that 20-page "Microsoft
Windows Installation Guide" that tells you how to use Explorer could be
useful to the clueless. Perhaps we could make up some Linux ones, with
shrinkwrap and EULA for a manual, too. That'd be interesting, to say
the least. I never did figure out why there was a EULA for a manual
with no included CDs or other software. Whatever. =)
