Not precisely. What they have done is rebuild their applications using Winelib, the library version of Wine. The result is a Linux application, but one that makes lots of calls to Windows APIs that are translated by the library. WordPerfect itself (the word processor) had already been ported to Unix (not using Winelib); I presume that the version in WordPerfect Office for Linux is that version, not a Winelib version.
