Now that my poor old MySQL has been publicly trashed to smithereens I'm ready to learn PostgreSQL. Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot on their website (just a book in progress) and no published books that I know of. So is there a good general purpose SQL primer that I should read? The last time I did any serious database building was when DB-IV was fresh on the market, so using what I've learned from MySQL may not be a good idea.
