Laptop

I will be purchasing a laptop in the next few days from the Compaq employee 
purchase program. At the moment, I am looking at a Presario 1900 LX161. 
This appears to be compatible including the modem.

I have looked at a few other systems on the employee page, and this seems 
to be the best buy.
I plan to use this for Linux with Win4Lin (for my talks in July on running 
Windows apps).

Anyone have any other information.
