Howdy- Does anyone know of a graceful way of changing the C++ libraries Mandrake Linux 7.0 uses to the C++ librarys that Redhat linux uses? i am running into issues that i require me to use the egcs/egcs++ files that actually come with Redhat. problem is, is that mandrake uses vanilla GCC/glibc files. I was hoping just to dump the Redhat RPM onto the system, overwriting whatever compiler/lib files are already existing, but, as we all know, this could cause issues.
