I think I may have mentioned it before, but if I didn't you can get a sub-domain served by tzo.com for $20 a year. I have mediaone, and I use a tzo sub domain (home.tzo.org). I got it the day after I got mediaone, it updates instantly, I can turn it off instantly - I'm happy with it. If your worried about your domain I don't think you can go wrong with there service.
