I think it's possible to get static IP if you have a Small Business InfoSpeed account. Some coworkers are getting Verizon DSL at their new company, so I guess I'll hear the truth from them. Other than that, there are always plenty of other providers that will do static IP. I just feel I need to plug my ISP once again. Cyber Access in Medford, MA provides me with 144k IDSL and a /28 network in a place where Verizon claims DSL isn't possible.
