Donald Becker is the maintainer of the Tulip drivers. His web site is: http://www.scyld.com/ You most likely will need both tulip.c and pci-scan.c. The compilation instuctions are included in the bottom of the c files. There were some changes that were not provided to Donald a while back, which caused some confusion.
