MySQL 3.23.31 available

Quite a few bug fixes, available at:

The only reason I mention it at all is because the changelog for this
release has a couple of rather vague mentions:

Fixed security bug in something (please upgrade if you are using a earlier
MySQL 3.23 version). 
Fixed buffer overflow bug when writing a certain error message.

I signed off the mysql mailing list recently (because 90% of the messages
were SQL related and not MySQL related), but a quick glance at the
archives shows no discussion of anything security related.

Just thought folks might be interested.
