Date: Fri, 26 Jan 2001 12:48:57 -0500 (EST) From: "Anthony J. Gabrielson" <agabriel at coe.neu.edu> Linux on a Dual PII Xeon 450 w\ 2mb of cache a piece. That should go pretty good. There boxed as well. Not the fastest - but for the price not bad. I gotta figure more cache will nuke clock speed any day when it comes to most real world type things. Is this thing plug-compatible with a Celeron (I have a C300A running at 450 on some Abit motherboard)? -- Robert Krawitz <rlk at alum.mit.edu> http://www.tiac.net/users/rlk/ Tall Clubs International -- http://www.tall.org/ or 1-888-IM-TALL-2 Member of the League for Programming Freedom -- mail lpf at uunet.uu.net Project lead for The Gimp Print -- http://gimp-print.sourceforge.net "Linux doesn't dictate how I work, I dictate how Linux works." --Eric Crampton - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
