Apache : 165 Failed Requests out of 202 ?!

It's PHP, so is it dynamic content? If so, `ab` might show failed
requests. I found that possibility from, "failed requests
apache benchmark".

Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with
"subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the
message body to discuss-request at (Subject line is ignored).
