Micro$oft CEO says Linux is a cancer

   I wonder if anyone told him that the NSA has released some open source 
   software?  Hhhmmmm.

I think he's quite specifically aware of that, and is trying to
prevent the government from releasing anything under the GPL (clearly
he would prefer a BSD-like license, or public domain).
