Does anyone have any recommendations on a good external CD burner that will hookup by USB to a Linux box? I want to read CDs and I want to burn CDs (even the blanks that won't burn in "consumer units"). I don't much care about rewritable, if that matters. Quiet, little, cheap, reliable, and tough would of course be nice qualities too. Is there a good model for me? Thanks, -kb, the Kent who also wonders whether a USB CD can be bootable for Linux. - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
