Thanks, all. And another question. Now I have a Logitech Cordless Marble Trackman trackball. With a little guessing and brutishness, I've set my Pointer Protocol to "MouseManPlusPS/2" under XF86 3.3. > > Two button + wheel cordless. This gives me both buttons and the pointer. The wheel doesn't work as a spinner or a button. I'd be glad to see some XF86Config files for 3.3 where you have this or a similar mouse fully working. Usually /usr/lib/X11/XF86Config or /etc/X11/XF86Config. "Similar" should be late model Logitech or Microsoft optical products with same event producers. rob Live the dream. - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
