I back up my wife's Windows system to my system every night. Recently I have been seeing messages such as: tar: ./WINDOWS/SYSTEM32/DRIVERS/GM.DLS: file changed as we read it I have verified that this file has not been changed in years. I also compared it with the same file on another Windows system and cmp did not show any differences. I am using SuSE 7.1 with a 2.4.2. Samba version 2.0.10 tar (GNU tar) 1.13.18 -- Jerry Feldman <gaf at blu.org> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
