printcap

I'm trying to perpare the printcap entry for an HP Laserwriter IIP.  The
third edition of "Running Linux", at page 243, states that the data I need
was, at the time of publication, at ftp://boi.external.hp.com.  Unfortunately,
the site was closed or moved.  I've spent a day on the HP websites and on
numerous phone calls to various parts of the HP organization with no success.
If anyone can tell me where to find this information, I'd be very grateful.
