You now need a TTL directive at the beginning of each file, like so: $TTL 1d ; Default TTL of 1 day In addition, this line: > 1D) ; Minimum TTL Is now the "Negative" TTL, or the time that other servers should hold on to failed lookups (IIRC). I just ran into this problem a few days ago and found the solution in "DNS & BIND" 4th Edition, which I don't have with me ATM. Otherwise everything looks sane, but I might have missed something. - -- -Matt Go the extra mile -- It makes your boss look like an incompetent slacker. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE71uLlc8/WFSz+GKMRAviZAJ9CjjwRrumDMa6kU+7KN9pTiWB/JgCeIrgA M+8HIJzzuWHATjGKPHaW1FQ= =LtdV -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- - Subcription/unsubscription/info requests: send e-mail with "subscribe", "unsubscribe", or "info" on the first line of the message body to discuss-request at blu.org (Subject line is ignored).
