[Discuss] List dicuss@blu.org is on the new server now

I've completed the migration of the BLU discuss mailing list; it's now 
hosted on the new server, asgard.blu.org. 

I moved over the discuss and discuss-digest lists, but I ignored the 
discuss-nomail list. Mailman maintains this as a single list, with user 
options for selecting digest mode, nomail mode, etc. I went through all 
the addresses on the digest list on the old server and set them all by 
hand to digest mode on the new server.

if you want to change your subscription options,  you can do so either 
through the web interface or the mail-command interface. The web interface 
is accessible via

    http://asgard.blu.org/mailman/listinfo/discuss

and the mail-command interface via

    discuss-request at asgard.blu.org
