I did some net.searching and found a mailman demo site, since there's no
documentation on the Mailman web page.
http://yourdomain.cis.to/mailman/admin/demo

This feature is on the admin page for mailman as a whole, so that's
something you would turn on and off.  And I know I would MUCH rather have
it turned off.
