Ali, it's definitely worth your while to run Red Hat 7.1 or 7.2 if that's your goal, because they both come with an apache installation that will work with MySql, Postgress, PHP, openssl, IMAP... With the 6.2, you would have to compile your own apache. Now whether you should buy it or download it or just bring the machine to the upcoming installfest, is up to you. ------------------------------------------------------------------- DDDD David Kramer http://thekramers.net DK KD There is an art, it says, or, rather, a knack to flying. The DKK D knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground DK KD and miss. All it requires is simply the ability to throw DDDD yourself forward with all weight, and the willingness not to mind that it's going to hurt. That is, it's going to hurt if you fail to miss the ground. Douglas Adams, "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy".
