what to do after @home

well, at&t has got my internet access back from the depths of @home hell.
i haven't been particularly pleased with the way their customer support folks
handled my call. i've called RCN and slightly less money per month, they'll handle
my cable, phone, and internet access. anybody care to share their experiences
with either rcn or at&t mediaone?
