BLU meeting videos in MPEG format

It's a plain MPEG-1 file, extracted from a Video CD I burned on a Terapin
video cd recorder. I don't use Windows Media Player, so I don't know how
you'd tell it to play an mpeg file. I'd be somewhat surprised if MS didn't
support playback of mpeg-1, as it's one of the older standards and should
work pretty much everywhere.
