My box is running Win 2k (which has been quite > stable I have to say :-). It's a plain MPEG-1 file, extracted from a Video CD I burned on a Terapin video cd recorder. I don't use Windows Media Player, so I don't know how you'd tell it to play an mpeg file. I'd be somewhat surprised if MS didn't support playback of mpeg-1, as it's one of the older standards and should work pretty much everywhere. -- John Abreau / Executive Director, Boston Linux & Unix ICQ 28611923 / AIM abreauj / JABBER jabr at jabber.org / YAHOO abreauj Email jabr at blu.org / WWW http://www.blu.org -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
