RH 7.2 Hello World

Hello All,
	Has anyone tried to do a simple Hello World program using c++
under RH 7.2?  It would appear to this frusterated soul that it be
broken.  They seem to have moved all of the includes.  There is a
directory, well two really, /usr/include/g++-2 & /usr/include/g++-3.  It
will not find iostream by default so if I spec out the directory I get a
streambuf error.  If I try to fix the path for streambuf in iostream, well
lets just say it goes downhill from there.
