I would post what I came up with, but I'm not sure it's right, and I ended up doing some of it in perl scripts anyway. So I managed to get all the keys in my keyring and sign them. Then I issued the command that should put them back on the server, but when I do that, they key is not signed according to the web page on the server. For example, pgp -kx 'bill at horne.net' tmpfile4 http://pgp.dtype.org should put that key on the server (I assume with the signatures too). Indeed, I see my router lights twinkle when I do it, so I know some kind of interraction is happening with the server. Any hints?
