It's amazing. In the past we have had a few periods of outages, and in general customer circus is clueless (before and after AT&T). Most of the time the problem corrects itself. It seems that Waltham in general is problematical. When I was actively on the newsgroups, most of the complaints were coming from people in Waltham. I would like to see in six months how solid your DSL has been.
