konqueror menu disappeared

This seems to be one of KDE's weak points.  If one of the configuration files 
is corrupted, it's tough to recover.  I've sometimes needed to delete the 
entire ".kde" directory, where all the config files are kept.  KDE will 
re-create them all during the next login.
