How about a session on setting up chat on an in house network, ie; Jabber or some other server and client. I have a selfish interest in this topic, but I think it would be of interest to younger users. Another topic might be how to set up users and groups to administer the system, ie; compile the kernel, backup root without being root and so fourth. This may have been covered in the past but it has a number of concepts that need to be understood. Well thats my two cents Jim Kelly-Rand
