rsync on tru64

For those interested, there is now a tru64 patch available for rsync.  The
diff was made against rsync 2.5.4.  I know the diff is distributed along with
the 2.5.5 sources, in the directory named 'patches'.  Don't know about 2.5.4.
I applied it against 2.5.5, and it compiled without a hitch.
