I have been using someone who hosts with the same provider I do (pair Networks). He does not provide DNS service, so you may be better off w/ another registrar. All OpenSRS resellers use the same web forms & offer the same basic service, so they will be differentiated only by extra services they offer like DNS, web, and mail hosting. I don't know of anyone I'd recommend off the top of my head, although I'm sure there are others on the list who can.
