HELP - Redirect output of already running process?

First, thanks to all who responded!

I ended up just using "bg" to put the process in the background and
logged out thus losing all my output. At least the process is still
running. There was a huge memory leak in my Windows-based (need I say
more?) terminal program that started all this. BTW - I have never used
"screen" but I think "nohup" can't be used for programs that are already
running.

Robert
