its been shown to corrupt data - so less experimental and more
dangerous ;).

 Anton has totally reworked the readonly one for 2.5 (and in the most
recent 2.4 kernels (well, -ac at least dunno about the others)) - he
says he plans to do write support but that it is a slow process.
