Possible attack; opinions wanted

Is this the first time you've seen these errors or did you just set up a 
machine now that's seeing them?  Since the introduction of the Code 
Red/Nimda/whatever IIS worms, I've seen these scrolling through my logs 
pretty regularly for the past 6 months, though it's thankfully slowed down 
a bit since then.  Pretty harmless as long as you're not running IIS, but 
still annoying nonetheless.
