I'm Back.

So I have no been here for a while. I had some bind and Imap problems, I
could of reinstalled and had it done in a day, but what would be the fun
in that.
I had to redo all of my config files Bind and I had to reinstall Imap.
Then bam it worked. WOOHOO
 
Any way that is my story.
 
I need some help setting up procmail. I tried to look on google for some
good web sites; I was unable to find such sites.
I need to setup a mail box that all the email goes into if any one
e-mail's any thing @biio.org. But if the email has an email box it goes
in to there box,
If not it will go in to general at biio.org.
If that makes any sense
 
I her procmail can do this but I am unsure how or what config files to
edit.
