The book is also available with a 28% discount from bookpool.com.
This is a great site.  They carry almost everything from O'Reilly as well
as other tech book publishers and they have deep discounts to boot. They
discount everything, sometimes as much as 50%.

Shipping costs are reasonable, but Mass deliveries do pay sales tax.
The discounts more than make up for the sales tax.
