Home Linux box can't send to AOL this week



You sendmail.cf clearly indicates the use of a hash, and that
implies you needs to generate the hash file.  There is sometimes
a make file in /etc/mail, so running 'make mailertable.db' might
do the trick.

Other wise, run 

cd /etc/mail
makemap -f hash mailertable
