backup systems.

my employer is looking at a number of backup solutions for Linux, and asked
me look for any free (or part of the OS) backup tools.

The plan is to do nightly incremental backups of the system and weekly full
backups.

So my question is this, what software is out there that can do this.
I know I could write scripts to do it.  But if I did that I'd have to
support those scripts, and I don't want to do that.
