CVS log help

I'm looking for a nice easy way to summarize what changes have been made
to my source code since the last release.

My assumptions are:
+ I keep rather good comments when I commit things
+ I tag everything between releases

I want to produce a single file which contains a series of filenames
followed by what's changed since the last tagged release.

Any nifty scripts around?
