hd problem

Hi,

I was helping someone w/ a hd problem, but I got stumped . Anyways, the hd
is not mounting and fsck does not work on it.

Here is the mount error:

EXT3-fs: ide0(3,67): couldn't mount because of unsupported optional
    features (1000100)

I tried mounting with superblock 8193, but it did not work. Next, I
thought I would try the debugfs program and see what it says. Below is the
error I got when trying the "open" command:

/dev/hdb3: Filesystem revision too high while opening filesystem

Does anyone have any ideas on the cause / how to fix?
