Or if you're actually on a redhat system, change directories to /usr/src/redhat/SPECS, and run rpmbuild -ba anaconda.spec, and it'll build you an RPM. You can change the SPEC file to add any patches you'd like to use. Comes in handy if you're supporting a large number of Redhat systems.
