helpdesk/inventory software on linux(redhat)

Looking for some opensource or otherwise software that will allow users to
submit requests and a nice add would be inventory tracking.

Is there anything you guys recommend? I thought I read somewhere from
your site and can't find it, but any other info would be useufl. I've got
a heterogenous environment of approx. 50 users.
